INSULATION SPRAY GUN FOAM

Description: Stern Insulation Spray Gun Foam S940 is a one component polyurethane foam which has effective thermal and sound insulation properties. Carries excellent adhesion power to all kinds of materials. Used for insulation of walls, doors, pipes, roofs, ceilings, floors tanks etc. Applied easily and efficiently with its special applicator noozle. When applied in 2 cm thickness, provides insulation up to 2 m2 with 1 can.

Instructions for use: Shake can strongly for 30 seconds. Turn the can upside down and install the gun onto the can. Place the special applicator noozle provided with each can to the tip of the gun. Adjust the noozle to get desired application positions. The application area should be cleaned from dirt, dust and grease. For best results, the surface should be moisturized before the application. Apply by spraying from a 30-40 cm distance. The speed and volume of the foam can be adjusted by the screw at rear of the gun. If desired, extra layers can be applied 30 minutes after the first layer. After the application, any foam residue on the gun, valve and the surface should be cleaned with Somafix Polyurethane Foam Gun Cleaner.
